Chips New Team

What a whirlwind of an offseason that was. Departures and new arrivals all around. No more staples that we have come to know and love. But new fixtures that are sure to bring in a skill and finesse.

Enough with the “Chips a racist” or the “he can’t deal with grown men”. The man runs the system he wants to run. And if you don’t fit that scheme, then don’t let the door hit you on the way out. So to Shady and Brandon Boykin, keep your mouths shut fellas and worry about your own teams.

Sam Bradford is an exciting player when he’s healthy. He had a great season until the season ending injury. A move I wasn’t a fan of at first, now makes me believe he’s a stud and can get the job done.

Three headed rushing attack, Murray, Sproles and Mathews. Woah baby. DeMarco will be the priotity back for sure. Sproles will be the one catching passes for sure and a special teams assaissin. Mathews is the diamond in the rough. He could do anything.

The WR corps is a young one. Jordan Matthews will be a household name all around the league. The former Vandy Commodore had a breakout rookie year. And should flourish this year. Watch out for Zach Ertz too, he’s quickly becoming a big name in the offensive scheme.  Josh Huff and rookie Nelson Aghlor could also be in for big years as well.

Tebow is here. That’s all I have on that.

Thurmond and Maxwell in the secondary are about 100x better thn last year. I like the kids Shepard and Rowe too. These DBs could really turn things around after last years debacle with the secondary.

Fletcher Cox is a name to be ready for. The former first rounder is poised to pick up right where he left off last season, he’s a big man in the defense and should be ready for business to pick up. This defensive lineman could be an all pro in an instant. He’s got Mychal Kendricks in the LB core to help him out too. He’s the QB of the defense and is a superstar in the making.

Coach Kelly is going into his “junior” year as the ring leader. He’s gone 11-5 and 10-6. With a tough schedule, I’d be happy with 11-5 again. The AFC East is up this season so we get some interesting match ups. When it’s all said and done I think we will be a playoff team.

So in conclusion, FLY EAGLES FLY.
