That’s right. I’m saying it first, don’t be surprised if Tony Romo and his Dallas Cowboys win the Super Bowl this year.
If you haven’t exited off the page yet, here’s why:
Jahlil Okafor and the Duke Blue Devils finished off a special season Monday night with a National Championship win over the Wisconsin Badgers. That means Okafor did his part in the deal he made with Tony Romo a little over a year ago (see selfie). Now Romo has to go win a Super Bowl but, is that as far-fetched of an idea as we think?
Yeah, it might be, especially with the pending video of some sort of domestic violence hanging over Dez Bryant’s head and RB Demarco Murrary being out of the equation. But, putting that all aside, I think the Cowboys could be one of the four or five teams that have a realistic shot at the Super Bowl next year. Romo coming off one of his best years yet and that offensive line staying intact means that side of the ball won’t be skipping a beat. Also, rumors flying around that Adrian Peterson could be heading to Dallas. Just saying, this selfie-deal could be no joke.
Balls in your court now, Tony.
